Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Technician 1 to join a safety-focused team and grow with a diverse fleet of equipment, from pumps to HVAC to generators. You will build skills across makes and models and advance along a career path in service or operations management.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and a strong safety culture, with high school or GED required and 1–3 years of diesel/heavy equipment experience preferred. Bilingual abilities may be needed by location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school training desirable.
• 1–3 years technician experience with diesel/heavy equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting basics.
• Bilingual may be required depending on location needs.
• May need to provide tools of trade.
