Job summary

Titan Machinery in Avoca, IA is seeking a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel equipment per manufacturer specs. You will work with the service team, document findings, and communicate timelines clearly to customers.

Qualifications

2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
Ability to travel to offsite training facilities, as needed.
Must have own tools.
Keen attention to detail, high initiative, and ability to work independently.
Exceptional documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems per manufacturer specs.
Documentation and Communication: clearly communicate findings, repair needs, and timelines with service team and customers.
Technical Development and Customer Focus: participate in training and identify solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
Safety and Compliance: follow all safety rules and policies while performing work.
