Job summary

DEUTZ Corporation is seeking a Shop Service Technician to perform preventative and routine repairs on DEUTZ and non-DEUTZ products at the Power Center Facility in Mansfield, TX. The ideal candidate will be a safety-minded problem solver who can work with customers, Parts Specialists, and the Service supervisor to maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities include planning repair sequences, pre-ordering parts, completing work orders, and ensuring repairs are done safely and accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of diesel engine experience.
• Proficient with basic computers and portable diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance-related repairs on DEUTZ and non-DEUTZ equipment.
• Pre-order parts and ensure repairs are completed safely and on time.
• Liaise with customers, Parts Specialists, and Service supervisor to maintain service quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and accurate time sheets.
• Assist in filing warranty claims and customer invoices.
• Communicate with customers respectfully and honestly.
