Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL required.
• Medical Examiner’s Certificate required on first day of employment.
• PA Class 7 Inspection Mechanic Certification required on first day of employment.
• Tank Vehicle Endorsement (N) within the probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles, engines, electrical parts, transmissions, brakes and other components.
• Perform preventative maintenance, tune-ups, diagnostics and adjustments to reduce wear and extend equipment life.
• Complete safety and emissions inspections and record findings accurately.
• Use tools and testing methods to identify equipment issues and determine repair process.
• Clean, service and maintain hand tools, power tools and motorized equipment; report missing or damaged items.
• Follow safety procedures, use protective equipment, and monitor the work area to prevent injuries.
