Job summary

Responsibilities include leading brake and engine inspections, mentoring junior mechanics, scheduling repairs, performing DOT inspections, and documenting work orders. Candidates should have 5+ years of diesel/CNG maintenance, Brake safety certificate, 609 A/C system certification, and CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of diesel/CNG maintenance experience.
• Brake safety certificate and 609 A/C system certification.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed schematics and manuals.
• Experience using diagnostic software and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel and CNG trucks, including engines and fuel systems.
• Lead inspections of brakes, engines, emissions, steering, and wheel bearings.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to level B and C mechanics.
• Oversee review of mechanical write-ups and schedule repairs.
• Perform DOT and brake inspections on all vehicles.
