Transdev North America, Inc. is hiring for Automotive and Diesel Mechanics to maintain a diverse fleet in the Twin Cities area. This role offers a paperless shop with iPad-enabled work orders and progression opportunities.

Base hourly wages start at $35.00–$50.00 per hour, with $2/hour shift differentials on second shifts and weekends. ASE incentive pay, annual bonuses for master status, and paid training are included, along with benefits and 401k. This is full-time, year-round work.

Competenze

• 2+ years of automotive or diesel repair employment experience or combination of education & experience.
• Must have appropriate mechanic’s tool set.
• ASE certifications preferred. Must be willing to participate in company ASE certification program
• Subject to DOT drug testing. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.

Mansioni

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs to maintain a safe and reliable fleet
• Diagnose and perform all phases of vehicle and equipment repair including brakes, engine performance, suspensions, drive trains, transmission, and other repairs
• Ensure work orders are completed properly and accurately.

Conoscenze

Automotive/diesel repair experience

Valid driver’s license

Willing to obtain ASE certification
