Job summary

Thintronics is advancing interconnect technologies for next-generation semiconductor packaging. We seek a Scientist to contribute to Dielectric Advanced Resin Technology (DART) R&D, focusing on formulation and characterization of dielectric films. You will turn careful experiments into meaningful materials improvements and work both independently and with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Materials Science, Polymer Science, Organic or Physical Chemistry, or related technical discipline.
• Experience with polymer/composite formulation and/or thin film fabrication.
• Experience planning experiments and analyzing analytical results from methods including TGA, DMA, DSC, FTIR, SEM, and related testing.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to new product R&D efforts in dielectric films.
• Formulate and characterize dielectric films.
• Lead projects or work streams with minimal direction.
