Job summary

Thintronics is seeking two laboratory technicians to formulate and test dielectric films and resin samples in a hands-on role. You will follow SOPs, document results, and help maintain instruments to ensure reliable data that informs decisions.

The position emphasizes consistency, accuracy, and teamwork in a start-up environment at our Alameda, CA site, with a typical schedule and hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education or experience.
• Follow written procedures, safety instructions, and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records and data entry.
• Able to organize multiple samples and tasks while keeping documentation.
• Team player with schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare new formulations as instructed by the DART team.
• Perform analytical testing of materials per SOPs.
• Maintain records with test conditions and observations.
• Calibrate instruments and perform routine maintenance.
• Communicate results and instrument status to the team.
