Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 3–6 months related experience and/or training.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer skills; ability to utilize software.
• Willingness to move to an evening shift after apprenticeship training.

Responsibilities

• Operate die shop and pre-make ready processes; train as Cutter Operator Apprentice.
• Review die shop instructions; maintain quality checks and procedures.
• Inspect tooling and dies; recommend corrections as needed.
• Maintain equipment; manage supplies; keep work area clean and organized.
• Operate die cutters during breaks to maximize efficiency.
