Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, die setting, or manufacturing maintenance environments.
• Forklift experience required.
• Experience operating stamping presses.
• Overhead crane experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of quality control principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Basic understanding of stamping press operations and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Basic math and measurements skills; read and understand work instructions, setup sheets, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dies are properly pre-staged at the press prior to setup.
• Perform die adjustments during setup and production.
• Operate mechanical and/or computer-driven presses to produce parts.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete work orders and maintenance records accurately and in a timely manner.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $20 - $20 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Die Setter Technician:
