Perfect! We are looking to hire two experienced Die Setter/Press Operators to join our team. This position would be at our Sebring location where we work Monday - Thursday (6AM-4:30PM) and overtime as needed. We produce low volume service parts for the HVAC industry and are looking for individuals who share our passion for excellence.

Our die setters routinely set up and troubleshoot 100 – 450-ton mechanical presses. Once the tooling is set, they will obtain first piece verification on all initial run parts/jobs and then complete the runs. If you can troubleshoot issues with tooling and/or equipment as they happen, that is a plus! When the equipment is running, you will monitor it and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. You will need to be able to operate a tow motor as well.
