Job summary

DIE SETTER position at US Farathane located in Jackson, TN. The role covers die-related machine set-ups, mold changes, and maintenance to support production schedules. You will handle hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensure proper die maintenance, and keep accurate records while adhering to OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with mold changes on production lines.
• Ability to set up dies, water lines, hydrualics and pneumatics.
• Willingness to follow safety rules and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for mold changes per production schedule and emergency changes.
• Set up die-related functions including water, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Repair leaks and perform die insert changes as needed.
• Load/unload die carrying trucks and maintain die storage.
• Ensure paperwork is completed and filed in a timely manner.
• Follow all OSHA safety rules and USF policies.
