US Farathane Corporation is seeking a Die Setter responsible for all areas of the die set, including clamping, watering, cleaning and upholding cycle times. The role covers machine set-ups, both scheduled and unscheduled, and requires strict adherence to safety protocols and paperwork discipline.

Ideal candidates will hold a high school diploma or GED with 6 months to 2 years related experience, Hi Lo license, rigging, crane training, and the ability to work seven days when required.

Qualificações

• Education and/or Experience- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations- Hi Lo License, Rigging, and crane training required.
• Follow instructions properly.
• Neat performance of duties.
• Willing and able to work seven (7) days a week whenever required.
• Understand material & hopper loader system.
• Must be capable of completing mold change part to part within 1 (one) hour or less while following all safety rules.
• Document any machine or secondary issues utilizing maintenance work order system.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all paperwork is completed, submitted and filed in a timely manner
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures (i.e., quality policy manual, associate handbook, etc.)
• Comply with all internal and OSHA required safety procedures
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in respective areas
• Communicate to Supervisor when low on Die Setter supplies
• When Die Setters approach the mold change, they are to survey the area for any oil leaks, clean the area if need be and they are to report issues to the Process Engineer
• Maintain inventory of Die Setter supplies in good condition and complete a request for more supplies
• Write up a requisition for any supplies or tools needed for mold set up through Process Engineers/ Toolmakers/ Tooling Manager.
• Work required overtime as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
