Schaller Corporation is seeking a Die Repair Trainee to join our team on all shifts in Michigan. The role focuses on operating press equipment with basic progressive die knowledge and a willingness to learn.

Trainees receive benefits after 90 days, including paid vacations, holidays, and PTO, plus a $1.00 per hour shift premium for Afternoon and Midnight shifts; overtime may be required. Base wage will be reviewed after 90 days of employment.
