Job summary

Schaller Corporation, a Tier 1 automotive supplier of manufactured parts, is seeking an experienced Die Repair professional to join our team on all shifts at Chesterfield, MI. The successful candidate will troubleshoot press repairs, maintain tooling logs and procedures, and perform preventive maintenance while proving strong attendance and motivation.

The role demands at least 4 years with progressive and line dies, a self-starter attitude, and reliable work habits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience with progressive dies.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with line dies.
• Must be aggressive, forward thinking and highly motivated.
• Must be a self-starter with good work habits.
• Have excellent attendance

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot die repair issues in press systems.
• Maintain tooling log and procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on die equipment.
• Overtime may be required
