Job summary

Schaller Corporation, a Tier 1 automotive supplier, is seeking skilled Die Setters for all shifts at our Chesterfield, MO site. The role focuses on quick die change procedures, setting dies, adjusting feeders, and maintaining safe, efficient operations in a high-output environment.

Responsibilities include documenting setup changes, assisting operators, and ensuring lock-out/tag-out compliance. Benefits include multiple medical plans, dental, life insurance options, and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• Set dies per Quick Die Change Procedures within the allowed time.
• Adjust feeders.
• Put on scrap belts and size.
• Work with parts conveyors.
• Assist operators in the correct way to work on a specific job.
• Document as required on all changes to setups.
• Perform pre-stage as required.
• Must be aggressive, forward thinking and highly motivated.
• Have excellent attendance.
• Be a self-starter with good work habits.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner including full lock-out / tag-out compliance.
