You will set up dies, adjust feeds, and manage die changes for various parts while maintaining a clean, compliant workspace. The role requires high school diploma or GED, strong mechanical knowledge, and prior die repair experience.

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge essential; prior die repair experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose defects in dies and tooling components beyond visual inspection.
• Determine corrective actions while considering impact on remaining tooling.
• Replace and adjust tooling components such as punches and related parts.
• Use comparators, micrometers and gauges to verify tolerances.
• Set up dies, adjust feeds, and manage die changes for different parts.
• Support process improvements and training with supervisors.
