Job summary

Fort Recovery Industries in Portland, Oregon is hiring Die Maintenance Technicians for the 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:50pm). You’ll keep dies running with daily maintenance and repairs and move dies safely with an overhead crane. No prior experience required.

You’ll join our paid internal training program and can grow into earning over $29.00 an hour. We offer weekly paychecks, company-paid training, life insurance and short-term disability, 401(k) with 50% match up to 3%, perfect attendance bonuses,

What You’ll Actually Do

As a Die Maintenance Technician, you’ll:

• Keep our dies running strong with daily maintenance and repairs
• Move dies safely using an overhead crane (to/from presses and storage)
• Hunt down root causes of equipment issues and fix them for good
• Collaborate with production and maintenance to improve performance of Dies

No prior experience required. Bring a solid hands-on mechanical background and we’ll take care of the rest. You’ll jump into our paid internal training program (online + hands-on) and can grow into earning over $29.00 an hour.
