PD Instore is seeking a Die Cutter in Minnesota to set up and run die cutting presses, monitor quality, and coordinate with the team to maintain efficient production. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and proactive communication with management about potential issues.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED and be prepared for the First (Day) shift with a willingness to travel between PD locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Beginner level experience in die cutting acceptable.
• First shift (Day) available.
• 1 opening.
• On-site work with standard safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up dies and die presses for cutting.
• Set up stripping unit on die press.
• Obtain first off approval for cutting.
• Monitor die-cutting defects and inform manager or production planner of issues.
• Make alterations to dies as needed.
• Operate forklift and move stock and supplies.
• Follow safety and workplace policies.
• Assist others with production operations as directed.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with equipment repairs.
• Flex between jobs/buildings as directed by management.
• Support a culture valuing family, innovation, collaboration and empowerment.
