Green Bay Packaging is seeking a press/operator to set up and run printing and die-cutting processes on site in Wisconsin. You will inspect dies, secure components, and monitor box quality while maintaining production efficiency. The role requires good math, problem solving, and teamwork, with overtime including Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and maintain quality while meeting production speed goals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Math and problem-solving ability, and tape measure usage.
• Willingness to work overtime including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Manually set up press, print, score, and die cut according to specs.
• Inspect dies before/after runs for necessary repairs.
• Ensure die cut cylinder bolts are secure.
• Monitor box quality (loose liner, warp, size, die cut, print).
• Become efficient in all machine areas: pre-feeder, rotary press, bundle breaker, load former.
• Ink management and color adjustment (PH and viscosity).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
