Job summary

Diamond in Minnesota is seeking a Die Cutter Operator to program and set up die cutting equipment, run jobs, and perform routine maintenance to ensure customer specifications are met.

The role requires reading job tickets, maintaining quality checks, and adjusting machinery to optimize production. This is a 2nd shift position (Mon-Thu; 1:45pm-11:45pm) in a temperature-controlled plant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of die cutter operation experience.
• Experience with set-up, operation and maintenance of die cutting machinery.
• Ability to read and follow job tickets and customer specs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on die cutting equipment.
• Read, interpret, and follow job tickets and customer specifications.
• Perform quality checks and monitor operations for defects.
• Adjust and fine-tune equipment to meet quality standards.
• Complete production documentation and track quantities.
• Communicate status and issues with Production Leadership.
• Collaborate with team to maintain production efficiency.
