Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience setting up and operating die-cutting equipment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow job specifications and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor die-cutting machinery according to job specifications.
• Review job tickets, layout sheets, and production samples before starting each run.
• Perform machine make-ready and obtain production approval before running each job.
• Prepare dies by nicking and rubbering when required.
• Assemble packaging samples to verify appearance and function.
• Inspect scores, die alignment, and finished products for quality.
