Job summary

Millennium Print Group is seeking an experienced Die Cutter Operator in Morrisville, NC to join our team. The role focuses on operating Bobst Die Cutting equipment to produce high-quality trading card products in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include setup, ticket review, material verification, and maintaining quality while ensuring safety and on-time delivery. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential, with prior Bobst experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Die Cutter Operator experience required.
• Experience operating Bobst equipment preferred.
• Printing, packaging, converting, or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Bobst Die Cutting equipment to meet production requirements.
• Review job tickets and production specifications before beginning each job.
• Verify materials, samples, and production requirements prior to production.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to optimize quality and productivity.
• Inspect products throughout production to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Verify cutting accuracy, scoring positions, and die placement throughout production runs.
• Complete production logs, equipment tracking forms, and required documentation.
• Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs.
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Die Cutter Operator

Summary

The Die Cutter Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining Bobst Die Cutting equipment to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications and production standards.

This role ensures finished products are produced accurately, efficiently, and safely while supporting department goals for quality, productivity, waste reduction, and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience operating die cutting equipment in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
