Job summary

ITW Electronic Component Solutions is seeking a Production Manager to lead all die-cutting operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost objectives across the facility.

You will oversee shift supervisors and operators, drive continuous improvement, partner with Quality and Maintenance, and champion a safety-first culture while applying 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience and a hands-on approach on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role
• 3+ years of experience managing die cutting, converting or similar production operations
• Hands-on role requiring time on the production floor and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of precision die-cutting processes and production activities
• Manage shift supervisors, team leads and machine operators
• Monitor KPIs to ensure productivity and labor efficiency
• Partner with Quality to identify and resolve product quality concerns
• Work with Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime
• Implement continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity and cost reduction
• Champion a safety-first culture throughout the facility
