Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related major.
• Deep die casting process experience, especially in automotive parts.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Experience driving quality, cost, delivery, and safety improvements.
• Commitment to using metrics to understand production trends and weak points.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement using Toyota Production System principles.
• Set goals with Quality to reduce scrap and customer complaints, report non-conformances.
• Evaluate and improve manpower layout and 5-S standardization.
• Work with maintenance to improve machine uptime.
• Provide data-driven analyses of manufacturing problems.
• Travel 10-20% by plane and car.
