You will oversee ~100 employees and drive safety, quality, productivity and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes people development, data‑driven problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Production Management, Engineering, or related field with progressive manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing with increased responsibility.
• 3+ years in supervisory/management role preferred.
• Experience leading large manufacturing teams.
• Strong knowledge of production supervision and operations.
• Lean and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a manufacturing team of ~100 employees.
• Drive performance against targets for safety, quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and standardize best practices.
• Develop annual manufacturing plans covering KPIs, labor and overhead.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Communicate issues and improvement plans using data and charts.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to improve uptime and quality.
• Oversee training and development and enforce company policies.
