Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret quality data and reports.
• Willingness to learn PCN process and related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Measure parts for quality and inspect conformance.
• Track and analyze reject and scrap trends.
• Participate in daily reject meetings (RIP/PDCA/Gemba).
• Develop and implement quality improvements (PDCA).
• Disposit ion and confirmation of product with quality concerns (testing, analyzing, reporting).
• Develop and maintain quality improvement plans and work instructions.
• Support Production Management with new model year activity (CPK study, CAPs, FMEA, training).
• Understand customer requirements and PCN processes.
