Job summary

Astemo, Ltd. is seeking a Quality Control TA to ensure product quality and reliability in the Fuel Pipe Assembly Department on 2nd shift. You will execute testing procedures, analyze data, and support continuous quality improvements to meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.

Key duties include measuring parts, tracking rejection trends, leading daily meetings, and developing quality improvement plans with a focus on PDCA cycles and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Measure Parts for Quality
• Track and Analyze reject and Scrap Trends
• Participate in Daily Reject Meetings (RIP/PDCA/Gemba)
• Develops / Implements CM's for Quality Concerns (PDCA)
• Disposition and Confirmation of Product with Quality Related Concerns (Testing, Analyzing and reporting)
• Develop & Maintain Quality Improvement Plan (organize, update, present)
• Develop, Implement, Work Instructions and Quality Related Standards
• Support Production Management with New Model Year Activity (Cpk study, CAP's, FMEA, training, Reject flow, Trials)
• Understand Customer Requirements
• Ability to learn PCN process and how to implement
