Job summary

You will perform root cause analysis and implement countermeasures to repair and recover equipment, ensuring production goals and quality standards are met. You will collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve machine reliability, mentor associates, and participate in project planning while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of CNC/PLC systems and programming preferred.
• Casting, Machining or Assembly knowledge beneficial.
• Ability to use Windows/Excel and basic software tools.
