Qualifications

• Responsible for executing testing procedures and QA measures to meet standards.
• Analyze data and track reject/scrap trends for quality improvements.
• Implement PDCA/CMs for quality concerns and ensure product reliability.

Responsibilities

• Measure parts for quality and track reject trends.
• Participate in daily reject meetings (RIP/PDCA/Gemba).
• Develop/implement quality improvements (PDCA, CPk studies, FMEA as needed).
• Disposition products with quality concerns and report findings.
• Support production with new model year activities and training.
