Job summary

Qualifications

• Operate and monitor production cycles.
• Record production on operator sheets with acceptance, short count and scrap.
• Understand and follow the Quality Policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production cycles on machines.
• Record production accurately on operator sheets, including acceptable production, short count, and scrap.
• Notify supervisor immediately of the inferior product being produced.
• Follow operator instruction sheets.
• Store metal objects and tools away from molds.
• Perform projects or miscellaneous work as required.
• Follow all safety rules, report safety problems and all injured, regardless of severity.
• Ensure plant safety and 5S housekeeping standards are maintained.
