Boyd Thermal Solutions Inc. in Allenton, WI seeks a dedicated Secondary Operator to support die-cast manufacturing on the 1st shift. You will operate CNC and other secondary equipment, perform quality checks, and log results in the ERP system while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, communicate effectively, and pay close attention to detail. The role may move to 2nd shift based on production needs, with overtime possible.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret general shop paperwork.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work standing for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC and secondary machinery per part process sheets.
• Perform quality checks using gauges, leak testers and air gauge equipment.
• Maintain inspection records and count good/bad pieces in ERP.
• Complete production documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Keep work area clean and comply with safety and QMS requirements.
• May work alternate shifts and overtime as needed.
