Job summary

Mycronic is seeking an experienced Production Expeditor to join its Global Technologies division, working within the Die Bonding line. You will coordinate the flow of materials, work orders, and information to ensure on-time production in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you will identify delays, manage ERP/MRP transactions, and collaborate with procurement, engineering, and planning to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• At least two years of experience in distribution or inventory management.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software, inventory management systems, and accounting applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Request and route components from warehouse to production cells based on needs.
• Manage work order releases, completions, and material transactions.
• Use ERP/MRP systems to monitor shop floor orders, update job statuses, and track inventory movement.
• Update production dates and order information in Visual ERP and Excel status sheets.
• Walk the production floor to identify delays, missing parts, or equipment issues.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and other departments to resolve issues and keep production moving.
• Communicate with production, planning, inventory, engineering, and shipping/receiving teams to coordinate activities.
• Share updates and address material or scheduling issues to keep timelines on track.
