Nivoda is seeking an experienced diamond professional to join our NYC Office. You will ensure quality control of diamonds and gemstones and manage all incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the office.

The main goal is to minimize delays while maintaining the highest quality standards. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a fast-growing global jewelry marketplace.

Qualifications

• Hands-on diamond/gemstone experience or GIA certification.
• Experience in stock control of high value products.
• Logistics experience or familiarity with courier services and tracking systems is useful.

Responsabilités

• Quality control diamonds and gemstones.
• Receive consolidated shipments via courier partners and mark orders in the Nivoda system.
• Repack and forward orders, updating the Nivoda platform and labels for timely delivery.
• Hand-deliver diamonds to local customers when necessary.
• Collect diamonds from local suppliers, perform quality checks, and ship to next destination.
• Create shipments in the Nivoda system and liaise with suppliers for invoices.
