Nivoda is hiring for an on-site role in our New York City office. You will ensure diamonds and gemstones meet quality standards and manage all incoming and outgoing shipments to keep delays to a minimum.

Key responsibilities include quality checking, processing shipments, coordinating with courier partners, and supporting the local office operations. A GIA certification or hands-on diamond experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with diamonds or gemstones and/or GIA certification.
• Strong attention to detail in handling high value items.
• Experience coordinating shipments and logistics workflows.

Responsabilités

• Quality control diamonds and gemstones.
• Receive consolidated shipments and mark them in the system.
• Repack and ship orders to next destination, updating records.
• Hand-deliver diamonds to local customers when needed.
• Coordinate with suppliers, process invoices and liaise with courier partners.
• Support customer inquiries related to shipping and delivery timelines.
• Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks.
• Follow up with couriers to ensure timely delivery.
