Job summary

Ring Concierge, a New York-based fine jewelry brand, seeks a Diamond Sales Specialist for its SoHo boutique. You will guide clients through engagement rings and bespoke pieces, leveraging deep diamond knowledge and clienteling to deliver an unparalleled luxury experience.

Responsibilities include consultations, design guidance, relationship-building, and meeting sales targets while collaborating with production and inventory teams in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of fine jewelry retail sales experience; diamond and bespoke sales expertise required.
• GIA certification or equivalent diamond education strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across a diverse client base.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a luxury one-on-one consultation experience, identifying client needs and tailoring recommendations.
• Act as a diamond and bespoke jewelry expert, presenting options, educating clients, and guiding them through the design and selection process.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized clienteling and CRM data management.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs while contributing to store performance.
• Oversee all facets of the sales cycle, from initial consultation to finalizing design details and ensuring client satisfaction upon delivery.
