Frank Darling in Brooklyn NYC is seeking a Diamond Jewelry Sales Specialist (internally called a Bespoke Designer) on-site. You’ll guide clients through diamond selection, translate inspiration into design, and create a seamless, confidence-building experience from first hello to final sparkle.

This role requires 3+ years in jewelry or luxury sales, strong knowledge of styles and trends, exceptional communication, and a detail-oriented, empathetic approach.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fine jewelry styles and trends.
• A keen eye for detail with empathy and professionalism.
• Able to learn new computer programs efficiently.
• 3+ years of sales experience in jewelry, bridal, or luxury sales.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound calls, chats, and emails.
• Guide clients through stone selection and ring purchase.
• Provide real-time diamond recommendations over chat or in person.
• Advise on the four C's and material options.
• Meet sales goals and close sales efficiently.
• Show diamonds over video chat and in person; articulate differences.
• Work with the house gemologist to source, select, and present diamonds.
• Maintain relationships as the main contact for sales.
