Job summary

Centers for Dialysis Care in Arkansas is seeking a Dialysis Technician Trainee to join our team. We will pay you to train in dialysis and offer a comprehensive training program.

The 16-week paid training includes onsite clinical introduction, classroom and onsite instruction, and on-site clinical training with a preceptor. A starting wage of $17.56 per hour is offered, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for OCDTs and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent work history.
• Patient care or phlebotomy experience a plus.
• Successful completion of college level English, Mathematics, and Science – Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Highly motivated and attentive to details.
• Must be flexible to work rotating day/evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sixteen weeks paid formal training.
• Weeks 1-4 – Onsite clinical introduction to unit.
• Weeks 5-10 – Classroom and onsite clinical instruction.
• Weeks 11-16 – Onsite clinical training with preceptor.
• Successful completion requires 78% average and passing clinical competencies.

  TRAINING PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
