Job summary

Centers for Dialysis Care is hiring Dialysis Technician Trainees in Ohio. The role includes a completed, paid training program and a starting wage of $17.34 per hour. No dialysis experience is required, as the company will pay you to train.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is noted for OCDT holders, with a comprehensive benefits package and 210 hours of PTO. Training spans sixteen weeks with onsite and classroom components, and successful completion requires passing exams and maintaining attendance.

Qualifications

• Excellent work history.
• Patient care or Phlebotomy experience a plus.
• Successful completion of college level English, Mathematics, and Science – Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Must be flexible to work a rotating schedule to include both day and evening shifts as needed by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Sixteen weeks paid formal training.
• Weeks 1-4 – Onsite clinical introduction to unit.
• Weeks 5-10 – Classroom and onsite clinical instruction.
• Weeks 11-16 – Onsite clinical training with preceptor.

  TRAINING PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
