Job summary

Centers for Dialysis Care in Ohio (Euclid) is seeking a Dialysis Technician Trainee to join our team. We offer a FREE comprehensive Dialysis Training Program and PAY you to train in dialysis, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for those already OCDT.

The 16-week paid training includes onsite clinical introductions, classroom instruction, and preceptor-led practice, with strict attendance requirements. We provide a full benefits package and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a solid work history and reliability.
• Patient care or phlebotomy experience is a plus.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sixteen weeks paid formal training program.
• Weeks 1-4 – onsite clinical introduction to unit.
• Weeks 5-10 – classroom and onsite clinical instruction.
• Weeks 11-16 – onsite clinical training with a preceptor.
• Successful completion requires 78% average and good attendance.

• Starting Salary for an InexperiencedTrainee is $17.56per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent work history


• Patient care or Phlebotomy experience a plus


• Successful completion of college level English, Mathematics, and Science – Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus


• Highly motivated


• Attention to details


• Must be flexible to work a rotating schedule to include both day and evening shifts as needed by the facility

TRAINING PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

• Sixteen weeks paid formal training
