Centers for Dialysis Care is seeking Dialysis Technician Trainees in Ohio for a paid 16-week training program. We offer a FREE comprehensive dialysis training program and will PAY you to train in dialysis. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available if you are already an OCDT.

Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, and more. No dialysis experience is required—we will train you and pay you during training. Starting wage for an inexperienced trainee is $17.56 per hour, with growth opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent work history

TRAINING PROGRAM OVERVIEW:

\

\
• Sixteen weeks paid formal training
\
• Weeks 1-4 – Onsite clinical introduction to unit
\
• Weeks 5-10 – Classroom and onsite clinical instruction
\
• Weeks 11-16 – Onsite clinical training with preceptor
\
• Successful completion of training program is dependent on maintaining a 78% cumulative average on exams along with passing clinical competencies
\
• Excellent attendance record is mandatory
