Job summary

Centers for Dialysis Care in Ohio is seeking Dialysis Technician Trainee applicants for a nationally recognized training pathway. The program pays you to train and offers a comprehensive benefits package while you learn on the job.

The sixteen-week paid training includes onsite clinical intro, classroom instruction, and preceptor-led practice. Starting salary is listed and a sign-on bonus applies for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Excellent work history.
• Patient care or Phlebotomy experience a plus.
• Successful completion of college level English, Mathematics, and Science – Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Must be flexible to work a rotating schedule to include both day and evening shifts as needed by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Sixteen weeks paid formal training.
• Weeks 1-4 – Onsite clinical introduction to unit.
• Weeks 5-10 – Classroom and onsite clinical instruction.
• Weeks 11-16 – Onsite clinical training with preceptor.
• Successful completion of training with 78% average and passing clinical competencies.
