Job summary

Northwest Kidney Centers is seeking a Dialysis Technician II for the Everett Kidney Center on a per diem, variable shift. The pay range is $24.15-$36.80 per hour. The role trains new staff in 8+ weeks and supports your career goals in dialysis care.

Responsibilities include setting up machines, monitoring treatment, and maintaining equipment, with safety and teamwork emphasized. Direct care staff may float to other clinics as needed; evening/ weekend premiums apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or higher required.
• One year of dialysis experience is required.
• National Certification through NNCC or Bonent is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up dialysis machines and connect patients to the machine.
• Monitor treatment and disconnect patients after therapy.
• Clean and reprocess dialyzer and handle dialysis chemicals safely.
• Refer issues to RN, supervisor or manager and communicate with patients and staff.
