Job summary

Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Dialysis Technician II to join our Yesler Dialysis Center in downtown Seattle. This .9 FTE role features a 12-hour Day Shift from 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Training pathway available to become a Dialysis Technician in 8+ weeks, no prior healthcare experience required. The successful candidate supports patient care under RN direction, operates dialysis equipment, and participates in safety and quality processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior direct patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor hemodialysis machines for patients.
• Couple patients to dialysis machines and monitor treatments.
• Disconnect patients after treatment and ensure safe reprocessing of dialyzers.
• Maintain safety procedures and report problems to the nurse or supervisor.
• Float to other clinics as needed to ensure patient care coverage.
