Job summary

One Stop Recruiting is seeking a Dialysis Technician in Indianapolis, IN to prepare, monitor, and support patients throughout hemodialysis treatment in a flexible 3-day work week. This outpatient role offers a competitive annual salary and comprehensive benefits with a stable clinical team.

The position requires at least 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience, CPR/BLS, and CCHT or equivalent certification. Training and growth opportunities are available in a supportive care setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient chronic dialysis.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• CCHT certification or equivalent required, or ability to obtain.
• Completion of an accredited hemodialysis technician training program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment areas and ensure readiness for dialysis procedures.
• Initiate, monitor, and safely discontinue hemodialysis treatments.
• Monitor patient vital signs and promptly report clinical changes.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards throughout care delivery.
• Respond to patient needs, treatment alerts, and clinical concerns.
• Accurately document treatment data and patient responses in the EHR.
• Provide patient education related to dialysis care and treatment adherence.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and care team members to ensure continuity of care.
