Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a PRN Dialysis Technician to join our team in the Greater Indianapolis area. You will work under a licensed nurse to deliver safe dialysis therapy, with responsibilities including machine setup, patient monitoring, and accurate documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR certification, and at least two years of dialysis technician experience with current dialysis certification. A flexible schedule supports a dynamic team in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain before starting.
• Ability to meet physical demands of dialysis work.
• Minimum two years dialysis technician experience and dialysis certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under supervision, including initiating and discontinuing dialysis per orders.
• Monitor vitals, weight, and vascular access; report unusual findings.
• Set up and operate dialysis machines; administer heparin as permitted.
• Document treatment details and prepare lab specimens as prescribed.
• Provide courteous service while maintaining a safe, clean environment.
