Concerto Renal Services in Dayton, OH is seeking a Dialysis Technician to join our team. You will provide patient-centered dialysis care under supervision of a licensed nurse, set up and operate machines, monitor vital signs, and ensure safety.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR, dialysis certification, and at least two years’ experience. Color vision test and physical demands apply. We offer a three-day work week and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Dialysis certification is required.
• Minimum of two years of dialysis technician experience.
• Current CPR certification or completion upon starting in unit.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Pass Ishihara Color Blindness test.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under supervision of a licensed nurse, initiating and discontinuing dialysis per orders.
• Obtain and document pre- and post-treatment vitals, weight, and vascular access assessments.
• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines, administer heparin as allowed.
• Document treatment details and prepare laboratory specimens.
• Deliver excellent service to patients and families while keeping the environment safe.
