Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Dialysis Technician for Cranford Dialysis (205 Birchwood Ave, Cranford, NJ). This Full-Time, day-shift role supports providers, performs hemodialysis safely, and ensures quality patient care in a busy outpatient unit.

Candidates must have at least one year of dialysis experience and be a Certified Dialysis Technician (CMS certification within 18 months). A current American Heart Association BLS is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of dialysis work experience.
• Certified Dialysis Technician (CMS certification within 18 months of hire).
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and manage the pre-, intra-, and post-procedural care under RN supervision.
• Perform hemodialysis safely and report patient response to interventions.
• Record vital signs and bedside glucose results in the chart.
• Maintain infection control and sanitize dialysis machines and area.
• Assist with supply stocking and unit readiness.
