• Assists colleagues and floats to cover unit needs as required.
• Maintains patient safety and adheres to infection control standards.
• Documents treatment parameters and vital signs accurately.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
• Engages in ongoing professional development and training.
• Lifts and positions patients as needed within safety guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
