RWJBarnabas Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Dialysis Unit in Cranford, NJ. The role requires an active NJ RN license and BLS, with a preference for a BSN and dialysis experience. This day-shift, full-time position offers an hourly wage range and opportunities for growth within a leading health system.

The RN will provide patient-centered care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in discharge planning and education. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year dialysis experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and administers age-appropriate professional care to patients within an assigned unit.
• Supports unit philosophy, mission, and nursing standards.
• Practices per Nurse Practice Act, standards, ethics, and regulations.
• Participates in patient teaching and discharge planning; contributes to Quality Improvement.
